Who hasn't used facebook tests for fun? Sometimes to test their own personality, to make predictions about the future... We have even tested each other on multiple occasions every day...
Well, so let's speak about professional tests able to measure the personality!
Some of them have a projective character (including drawings and analysis) whereas others are composed of questionnaires and inventories.
Projective Test:

Tat: The Thematic Apperception Test, or TAT, is a projective measure intended to thought, attitudes, observational capacity, and emotional responses to ambiguous test materials. In the case of the TAT, the ambiguous materials consist of a set of cards that portray human figures in a variety of settings and situations. The subject is asked to tell the examiner a story about each card that includes the following elements: the event shown in the picture; what has led up to it; what the characters in the picture are feeling and thinking; and the outcome of the event.
"Test Pata Negra "- Corman - The test consists of 16 pictures of a piglet (identified by his one black foot) alone and in the company of a family, other animals, and people. The answers are interpreted to explore drive tendencies and the various defense mechanisms children adopt against these drives.

Fables of Duss: Based on brief tales and illustrations the children should finish the stories. Each fable is revealing unconscious needs, thoughts wishes. The next example tries to find out " wishes and fears"

A boy comes back home from school. His mom tells him: " Do not start to prepare now your lessons, I have to give you a new." What's going to tell him her mom?
Graphic Test (tree-house-person-familyThe family drawing test is one of the most well-known emotional evaluations for children. It gives an understanding of how the child or adolescent perceives their closest relationships. It’s a simple way to understand the quality of the relationships and communication, and how children construct their reality based on family relationships.
Cat A & H (Bellach and Hurvich) (animal figures, human figures) The CAT is used to assess personality, level of maturity, and, often, psychological health. The theory is that a child's to a series of drawings of animals or humans in familiar situations are likely to reveal significant aspects of a child's personality. Some of these dimensions of personality include level of reality testing and judgment, control and regulation of drives, defenses, conflicts, and level of autonomy.
